Returns & Eligibility

Because skincare is a personal, hygienic product, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Return window: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Product must be sealed/unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Non-returnable: Opened or used products, samples, gift cards, and final sale items.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item(s), packaging, and shipping label. We’ll make it right.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@leonie.co with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if damaged/incorrect)

If approved, we’ll send return instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged/incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (shipping charges are non-refundable). Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way is to place a new order and request a return (if eligible).
