Shipping policy

We currently ship within Canada and USA, and offer free shipping on all orders over $100 CAD / $100 USD.

Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing and handling before your order is shipped out. For orders within Canada, please allow up to 5 additional business days for shipping. For orders to USA, please allow up to 7 additional business days for shipping. While we strive to exceed these timeframes, many aspects of shipping are out of our control.

THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE FOLLOWING SHIPPING CONCERNS:

• Shipping address errors. If the wrong, or incomplete address is provided,  the customer is responsible for paying for a new shipping label to ship the order again.
• Stolen packages. The customer assumes responsibility, when placing an order, to provide a shipping address that can safely receive orders.
• Declined packages. If you decide to abandon your order for any reason and it is returned to us, your order will be refunded, however a 25% restocking fee will be applied, as well as a $20 CAD / $20 USD shipping charge if your order received free shipping.
